Please Help Quit Claim Deed
I am getting a divorce, house is in my wifes name prior to marriage..
We are wanting to put it into my name..
Not sure of laws,clear title, can she resale,can I refinance at a later date. Trying to find the best way to insure mine and my son intrest....please replay ...
Any and all info would be a lot of help???

Maybe I am asking the wrong question??? Can anybody give me any advice as to the pro's and con's of a quit claim deed ??
