It's nice, but you may want to look up how to make the pictures transparent...like the detective and the bird dog. Make the white parts disappear.

Since you asked for it, here are a few tips for improvements:
1.) Get a professional template, using standard FrontPage themes just doesn't cut it. You can search for "business templates" on the Web to find one.
2.) Justify your paragraphs to the left. It makes it easier to read.
3.) If you use a form instead of an email address it will cut down on the amount of junk spam you recieve and provide a more professional image.
Generally, your site is well organized and only a few steps from a more professional look. Good luck!
