Petition to Foreclose
I have few questions regarding pre-foreclosure. When Land Court (LC) or Superior Court (SC) put a notice on the newspaper to all parties relating to the property, is it too late to deal with owners using Sub2 or L/O? I notice the court ordered the owners to respond by (usually) 2 or 3 weeks later. At this point, can I use L/O, Sub2 or I just have to Short sale with the lenders?
