Pertinent Info On A Foreclosure/preforeclosure?
Is there any benefit to gather info other than
Name and address of the property being forecosed and the scheduled date of the sale?
I can also see the LPs that have been recorded. I guess this is my marketing list?

YES!
It is important to find out all the the liens that are against the property. Depending upon your state, this can usually be found at your local County Courthouse.
It is also important to find out if the property taxes have been paid. Once again, a trip to your local County Courthouse should reveal this information.
