Pending Foreclosure Nov. 2nd - What Can I Do To Stop It?

My husband and I are aware of a property being auctioned on November 2nd. We have had the opportunity to review the property about a month or two ago. This dude has been SITTING on the fence with what to do with this house for the entire time! We'd LIKE to pursue a short sale on this, but considering the fact that auction is taking place next Tuesday, is there anything we can do to still get this property?

find out how much it is behind in payments from the bank. you could bring the loan current if the bank is willing to do it. usually they will up to a week before sale. take the property subject2. if the numbers work
