Online Foreclosure Notice Sites
Does anyone have any experience with these companies (Realty Trac) who email you pre forclosures with the house layout, estimated money owed, address, etc... I haven't bought the service yet. I've driven by a couple of these and they have both been vacant. One neighbor said a realtor had been snooping around asking questions.
My question is are these potential deals or are they already taken back by the bank only to sit in the foreclsure process for a long time before being finally dumped off to a RE broker?
I'm sure they're good leads. My experience is that when people get in pre-foreclosure, or are facing trustee deed sale, they just pack up and leave. Good luck in the future. 8-)
