Ok, So Signs Are A Good Idea, But....
do I go hang them all? do i get stakes or just nail them to things. Im sorry if this annoys some of the more veteran investors as it may seem like a stupid question, but this is my first venture into investing. Im not asking out of laziness in not wanting to do it myself, just wondering who I could look for to possibly put them out more effectively
im sorry, this is what i meant. Im planning on advertising using signs "we buy houses" . my question is basically in terms of distribution of the signs. Are there any local places that put them out or do I need to go put them out? I couldnt seem to find anyone online that does it so thats why I was just curious
You could help them find a rental to live in and give them some money for 1st months rent. Might be a good incentive for them to leave and might be cheaper & faster than the eviction process. [ Edited by d_random on Date 05/20/2005 ]
