Ocwen Vs Buy Bank Homes

vdubray profile photo

I found a va house in a very nice neighborhood. va deemed it uninhabitable because of a mold problem. ocwen has it listed for over 90.000, but buy bank homes has it listed at 30.000. can anyone explain the difference in price between ocwen and bbh.

Just a guess... but perhaps OCWEN had a second?

I have no idea. My guess is VA is screwing it up. I would call them and inquire about it.

I have worked with Ocwen in the past. The price with Ocwen is probably true. The other company you mention may be a listing service and they may have the wrong info posted. The best advice would be to call Ocwen and find out WHATS UP! Hope this helps....let me know what happens!

You might want to try calling a real estate agent in the area. Ocwen lists all the va properties with local agents

Exactly! Ocwen does a good job listing all of their REOs with a reputable broker in the area.

I get some Ocwens here and there in the Tampa Bay area.

Gonza, contact me if you are interested in foreclosures.
