Occupied Home
I drove by a home today that is up for sale next week. It looked like someone still occupied the home. If I purchase the home at the sale what should I expect? Is it possible that the person will still be occupying the home or will the bank evict them? If they are still there what do I do?

My main worry is that the person may take their problems out on the property and leave me with a larger rehab project.
btw... in NC you have 30 days to settle with the bank.
How it works in AZ is - they person who wins the bid on the house has to start eviction proceedings. Ours is very simple and takes about 3 weeks.
