Obtaining Properties In Probate
Hi all. I'm interested in purchasing properties in probate. Can anyone that has experience in this give me some tips/guide on how to approach the executor or the person appointed by the judge? If by letter, how to write a letter to the executor or appointed person? Thank you.
Pick up the phone and call him.
This is a sensitive subject to some people so be sure and word your letter(s) in a way that doesn't make you sound like a vulture. Just state that you are sorry to hear of the circumstances and that you are there for them if they ever need to get rid of the property quickly. Alot of people don't want the burden of a property thrown on them (especially in this type of circumstance) so you will be providing a great service! Good Luck
