Notice Of Default In AZ

ANy AZ investors out there for Maricopa Cnty? Or any advice at all from other exp. foreclosure investors. In AZ Notice of Default notices recorded are easy to find on line. I recently went day by day, sending out letters to all the addresses posted that particular day! ALmost every one came back to me and my mailman was pissed (hahahah), you should have seen his face. I almost laughed out loud but controlled myself luckily. All came back address vacated, etc. AM I contacting too late? This is a full 3 months before the old sale on the steps and seems to be the earliest recorded document by mortgage companies that owner is missing payments. ANy suggestions? IS there an earlier recorded doc than that?

I know for an extra charge you can have the post office do whats called "return service requested". They will get you the new mailing address if there is one

    Hope this helps,

    Benny
