Not using 'and/or assigns' for short sales

As I read the 'Short Sales Secrets' I want to double clarify that when you submit a short sale offer to the lender, you as the investor do not want to tip off that lender that you are an investor. Therefore, putting your 'and/or assigns' after your name on the contract would be tipping them off that you are an investor??? and would it be advisable to keep that wording off? skwe-g :-S
