North Carolina Tax Lien Foreclosure?
How does the Tax Lien Foreclosure process differ from a typical deed of trust foreclosure? Is the redemption/upset period the same as with deed of trust foreclosures? Do other liens stay in place? Any help with these questions appreciated.
