NOD To Forclosure
Hello all........
On the norm what is the time frame from when a homeowner gets a Notice Of Default to the sale at the courthouse.
And has anyone had and experience they could share when they were able to get the prop. on a Quik Sale.........if the owner was in that senario?

Depends on the state preforeclosure is occurring in. It depends on if the state is Judicial or Power of Sale state. please advise.

Re: your question, in CA, a property has to be listed in NOD for 90 days, and then 21 days as TS it can be sold anytime after 111 www.days.Good luck,
