I have only heard of a few ways that may help. A lot of mortgage companies hire an appraisal either full or windshield type befors they post at the courthouse. Become friendly with all the people they use to do this service. Also commercial deals may have environmental surveys done preforeclosure. I do not believe the trustees will be of any help with all the new privacy acts just passed. You may call some in your area to see but I believe that to be a dead end. They may tell you an hour or two before or maybe a day????
