Newbie To Buy Pre-foreclosure Home?
hi all
im new here, but much newer in foreclosure investing. you could say that i know almost nothing about it for now.
im looking at a pre-foreclosure home from a well-known site *not sure if i can insert link here* for $50k. id like to discuss about site weither its worth informative or not.
the house located about under 5 miles from where i live and it looked very fair condition. im in desperate of invest something small as $50k, touch-up/renovate it and sell for profit.
im not sure what/where to start with.... my guess is to contact the bank and find out if the house is still up for pre-foreclosure for $50k or is there going to be other side payments?
