Newbie Seeks Advice On Deal

So, my grandfather has a condo for sell that he owns outright. He's been asking 250K, the best offer he got was 200k, he's now taking the condo off the market. I had talked to him about taking back a morgage when he first put the property up for sale, and because of his unflexability on the issue I haven't talked to him about it again. So I'd love some advice on how you all might structure a deal in this case.

    There is no deal to be structured. It's obvious that your grandfather is not a motivated seller.

    The real deal is not the property, it's the seller.
