I am very new to investing I don't have so great of a credit rating, and I have heard in the past that you can purchase realestate with bad credit , no credit. no money dwn any advise. I am looking to succeed. My credit rating has discouraged me from jumping into realestate in the past. Any encouraging advice Fellow Investors!!!! MuffBall

wow like your really new, you jus joined like.... yesterday. hehe, but ne way. i was once in your shoes and well to be honest i still am. you heard right when you said that credit and money are not a requirement when investing because i have neither but i still have a house that i'm selling and more on the way.

its all creative and you just have to learn how to get "outside" the box of buying houses. traditionally you need good credit, a job, and lots of cash for a down payment. but when creatively investing, all you need is time, know-how, and the will to succeed. that my friend has gotten me this far and i have no doubt it'll carry me thru all this. my one advice to you right now is this, Read read read read read read read and read. Read these forums, articles, posts... read books on real estate investing and personal finance. READ and understanding is Key.

my first two books that i read were "how to invest in real estate w/ no money or credit" and "investing in foreclosures" by peter conti and david finkel. go to barnes and noble and look for them under the real estate section. they got me started.. but i kept reading and reading and participating here on this site. you done good by finding this site, just carry on with it.

BTW if i can do, you kno you can... i'm only 21 turning 22 this saturday, got no money, no car (got into an accident), got pisspoor credit, and my family is barely making it. But one thing that i have right now... is a house that i have an option with and i'm looking to sell. when they buy, its payday!!!

you can do it, if you want to.
