Newbie Frustrated In Houston
I have finally been able to locate a list of foreclosure properties at the county clerks office but by the time the information is posted there are only 20 days until the auction. Does anyone know how I can obtain information a little sooner than 20 days prior to the sale? I have called title companies and asked at the county clerks office for notice of defaults but am having no luck! Thanks in advance for any help :wow:

In my area the forelcosures are published in a legal newspaper. I get copies of the newspaper in the newspaper section at Border's or Barnes & Nobles bookstores.
