I am also new in real estate, but I have a family member soon to lose their home and they would rather I have the home than the bank. I can pay the mortgage off but I can only do it after the 4th of june and he's due in court on the may 30th. What should I do? I thought finding hard cash to borrow for five days would benefit the both of us.
