New Maryland Foreclosure Law
Does anyone know what the real rules behind the new Foreclosure Law in Maryland is? There are so many rumors floating around, it would be really helpful, if someone who understood it, could explain it and what impact it has on us after we buy the property.
I have held off looking for pre -foreclosures & foreclosures for now.
Any accurate explanations of the law & if it is even a law at this point, would be greatly appreciated!!
