New At Buying At Sherriffs Auction In Florida
I have been reading some of the horror stories about bidding and winning at these auctions. I intend to stay away from any condo or townhouse HOA. I only intend to bid on single family homes in Broward county. I would like to know what some of you seasoned investers protocol would be. At what point do you pay to have a title search done, or do you have a web site that you use to get just an overview and then bid? I guess what I am asking... is... how to do my home work correctly before bidding. Thanks, Fox
