What is the time frame from NOD until being kicked out of the house in Nevada? Is it "X" amount of days or months? Or where can I find that info?

You might want to contact a local lawyer for accurate info. Or you can go to the local Law Library and ask the clerk to help you find the information. Good luck

One a notice is filed there is a minimum 35-Day redemption period in which the home owner can bring payments and penalties current. There is an additional 55-Day period after this in which the home owner may pay the balance in full by selling the property. At the end of the 90 days (35+55), the trustee must run newpaper notices for at least 20 days before the sale. My experience is that the lender will deal with the home owner over the entire 110 days and that many homes scheduled for auction are redeemed in the few days before the auction. For more information on the subject search "Nevada State Statutes" and look for Deeds of Trust.
