Hello, I am relatively new to the Real Estate Business. I live in South Jersey. I have been reading this forum for a month and have been researching the foreclosure market for almost a year now. It all started when I bought the John Beck package. After a year I now feel ready and confident to invest. Atlantic County, where I live, has a lot of options and I think could be a very good place to get into this business. I have been going to the Sheriff's sales for 3 months now. I have some cash in hand but need someone with probably equal cash and time to team up with and we could start together. If anyone in the area is interested please contact me.
