Need Help!

I talk to shirley to see if she would will and deal with me. She told me to call a guy that works for a title company. All she said was that thier were liens and fees. I found out how much the fees are, but she did not know what the liens were. Total was $83,000 at the auction. I believe it is worth $160,000. What should I do?

    Call the tittle company and ask for a listing package on the proprety this will give you alot of good leads where to look in records and ask while there at it if they come across any liens if they could please get that info as well most title companys will do this for free so if you get a deal remember them. Do your home work dont just guess it might be worth 160k know that it is. Investors dont guess they know. all info is out there research you'll find it ask for help at records thats what there ther for to talk to others researching just not ones doing the same property. good luck and happy hunting 8-)

    I just ran a non traditional compareson. I found that the property's are selling around $115 a sq ft. I will check to see how much the liens are and determine if it is worth it.
