I went to the open house to look at property. The people passing out flyer about house said that I was the 2nd person to look at the property after about 2 hours after the open house opened.
Possible look turn out because of weather.
The people onsite could not tell me anything about the property.
This auction is being held by Williams&Williams Auctions. Should I contact them & if so what questions should I ask?
how much is the property worth?

Junior liens are NOT dismissed via a DIL - which is one reason why they are rarely done.
