Need Help / Pre-foreclosure
I have a homeowner facing foreclosure and they have a realtor. The realtor called the homeowner and said they have a contract on the house now and closing was supposed to be 6/17. It is now 7/7. The realtor will not answer or return any calls to the homeowner. Can I put a contract on the house and buy it directly from the homeowner? Any advice is helpful.

thanks for the response. They are supposed to be closing now on the 11th.
Call the person you are assigning it to your money partner. Anyone giving you money would of course want interest in the property (have their name on the title)
