Need Help In Indiana
Hello everyone....I just found this website 3 weeks ago and cannot believe how addictive it is. I am soaking up as much info as possible. Here is my problem...I have checked the lender tab and the only lender I can find to get what I need cannot be contacted, by phone nor e-mail. I have located a repo that is selling for 14900.00 with about 15k in repairs. I want to fix it up and hold it. I have a broker I am working with but she isn't very experienced in creative financing. I need to figure out how to finance a low priced property and get the money for repairs. credit is good 700 and up, cash is low but can be obtained if need be. debt to income is no more than 50%. Any help would be great.
