Need Good Foreclosure Attorney In NJ

v385 profile photo

Greetings All!

I have two questions for investors from NJ.

I'd greatly appreciate if you can recommend a good attorney in NJ. I want to buy my first property at Sheriff’s Sale and I’m looking for an experienced attorney who will help me to finalize the deal.

Also, what title search agency do you use and how much do they charge for title search?

Thank you for your time.

A "foreclosure" attorney is generally accepted to mean a Plaintiff's lawyer who initiates foreclosure proceedings for his clients who own defaulted mortgages.

Seems that you are looking for a real estate lawyer... a lawyer whose practice includes the purchase and sale of real estate...

I would interview a couple of them... test their knowledge, learn about their rates and try to determine if they have a network of title searchers, mortgage brokers, appraisers, etc. that you can tap.

    Cheaper isn't better.

    Hello v385,

I see that we are both in Fair Lawn. I was just curious as to where these Sheriff's Sales are.

I dont have any properties, I am just getting myself started, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks
