Need a Mentor in Atlanta area

Hi everyone!! I am new to REI in the Atlanta area and could use some help. I have gotten lots of good advise from TCI and I've even attended a meeting of the GAREIA. Although I am learning alot, I still think that a mentor would be of GREAT help to me. If anyone is willing to walk me through a few deals until I have a better understanding of the process, I would be willing to pay a percentage of the profits to you as we close each deal.
