(NC) Title Abstracting Courses / Books

Any recommendations for online learning courses / books about title abstracting / searches ? I am interested in gaining hands on knowledge and experience of the process. Further, If there are any title abstractors or knowledgeable folks ( or TCI good samaritans) in Guilford County, NC, I can meet you at the courthouse for a lesson.
