Does anyone have a line on who to contact for an REO from National City Bank? The house just went to sale and I'd like to put in an offer before it gets listed if possible.

I am 99.9% certain that a company called Premier Asset Services handles the REO properties for National City. I had my first mortgage through them and decided to check with them when first getting started here and got that website www.pasreo.com . Try that and let me know what you find out.

I usually contact my REA to put in an offer on this type of deal. They are more familiar than I am, and know wo to contact or have better access.
