I have used the Mr Preforeclosure program, and it's ok if you plan in dealing with large volume I suppose.

I went back to my old method of paper, pencil, calendar and calculator. For me it was the best method.

    Furiousinc,

I use Microsoft calendar to schedule all my events, follow-ups and so on. Each and every day my computer reminds me to follow-up on a customer or subject piece of property.

I also have a staff that keeps me on tract on all my business affairs and personal as well.

I'm new to this forum and already I find someone making a low blow on another speakers product to help out his other halfs sales. Is this the way most people are on this forum or are there honest and true questions and answers?

Dont bite bill. hes just giving his opinion on his product compared to others. he did bad mouth it or say it was dumb. He just said it wasnt usefull to him.

Think bill was knocking anyone? You dont even want me to get started!! This is the real world!! If people are kind enough to share the truth wth you, Take what you can from it dump the rest!! This site is real world experience! Not a bunch a tin horn hustlers selling books. Go to John Reeds Site and read his takes on things!!

If you think the people on this site are self-serving and snippy run a search and check out some of the other sites available out there. I guarantee you'll be back as fast as you can move your little mouse! You won't find a group more willing to give out TONS of free advice and helpful answers (even if it's not what you want to hear!). Come on back now, ya hear?
