MOVING! Need A Foreclosure Listing For Denver, Colorado

Stav318is profile photo

As the title states, I might be moving to Colorado, and I have searched for their foreclosure listings, but have found none that are free.

In Ohio, we have a listing of upcoming foreclosures for anyone who wants to view them. I would like to find a pre-foreclosure or buy one at sheriff sale.

If someone could direct me to a site with such listings it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Gusty[ Edited by Stav318is on Date 12/07/2004 ]

Most of the counties have free lists on their websites, I haven't found anything else.

Thanks for the quick replies. That information will help.

Do you happen to have an address to a website that lists the foreclosures for, say, the Denver area? How about the suburbs of Denver?

All of your replies are appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Tom,

I got my listings for only the Cleveland area--East & West side including the the suburbs. I believe it is just Cuyahoga county.

    www.cuyahoga.oh.us

This is the webste i use.

    Anybody in Colorado know Rek769?

    THanks,

You are looking for Denver County or Arapahoe County, you can search google for Colorado Counties. If you are looking for foreclosures your best bet is to contact a realtor for bank owned homes, if you are looking for pre-foreclosure then you would want to go to the county recorders web sites. Some sites have full access to info some you have to pay for. If you can go to the courthouse in person all info is free. We have done some work in the Denver area in the past. Good Luck!!

You are also looking for Jefferson County and Adams County. These two, plus Arapahoe, completely surround the City and County of Denver.

A tip for everyone: Most counties subscribe to the following web address:

    www
    dot
    co (for county)
    dot
    County name
    dot
State appreviation, in this case (co)
    dot
    us

    www.co.denver.co.us

That is exactly what I was looking for. Thank You!

Next, where on that site do I go for the foreclosure listings. My Ohio one is so easy to navigate.

    All your help is appreciated.

    Thanks,

I am looking to locate the upcoming foreclosures in the county of Denver, if that is the county.

I would assume there is a listing of the ones that will be coming up in the future including past the new year.
