Mortgages sold on secondary market
Does anyone have experience in pursuit of Pre-forclosures with mortgages that have been sold on the secondary market (ie: original mortgagor: Superior Mortgage, current holder: GMAC).?. Should I persue the current holder through a local or their corporate office ? Any guidance would be appreciated. Ascultare! Agnoscere Pacis. -Doug.
