i live in Nevada.
we were buying property, we already married, the real estate agent said that it would be better i my name was off because our intrest rate would be lower, i had some bills, my name was never titled but in Nevada is a fifty fity state? every realator i spoke with said that quick claims are so good as the paper they are writen on, not very. ??? looking for some case law.
