MN Pre-foreclosure info??

alarson profile photo

I keep reading posts and can't find any legitimate lead service for MN. Does anyone have any recommendations? Our local legal paper only publishes legal descriptions and it is very time consuming to look up addresses.

Also, does anyone know of loan companies that provide lists of delinquent borrowers?? How would I find that info?

    Hi alarson,

Here in Las Vegas I can pull the Notices of Default (NODs) right off the County Recorder's Web Site on a daily basis, but this doesn't give me everything I want.

The actual auction properties are also listed in the Legal News with about a 1 week notice, but this doesn't give me everything I want.

No matter which source of information you want to use, it requires some additional work, investigation and due dilligence on your part.

If This RE investing game was easy, then everybody would be doing it.

    Best of luck

Good point... I was just hoping

I have seen so many services on the internet, but they are REO's mostly, and a couple I signed up for didn't have any pre-foreclosure info for MN, so I had to cancel my membership.
