Has anyone ever used www.flatfeeusa.com for listing their home? If not, what mls service has anyone use? smile

    You check around locally. You can always find a flat fee broker in your own backyard. They will put you on the local MLS website which gives you the best opportunity for exposure and quick sale.
    Hint: It's not Century21, Remax,or Better Homes and Gardens.
