Mls Flat Fee
Does anyone have an internet flat fee mls listing service that they have used and liked? What are the drawbacks- other than the obvious fsbo stuff? What is the cost? I have found clickit2 for $399 but heard that they (buyers/agents) can only contact you via email. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
