Minnesota Foreclosure
I am trying to find a rough time table for foreclosures in the state of Minnesota. Once the homeowner recieves a summons, roughly how long do they have until the sheriff sale?

Once they have gotten notice it is 6 months but there is ways to delay most I have seen takes about a year before they make it to sale.

im working with a seller here in MN on Prior Lake and hes been pushed 4 times. Cant settle on a price with the seller though even tho he knows he is going to lose it at the sale.
