Minneapolis?

Is anyone in Minneapolis hitting pre-foreclosures to sell on LO or contract? I have a family buyer in that area that is interested... and I do not think their courthouse will fax me the foreclosure list to hit them myself.

    A LO does work on preforeclosure, I will only do this if there is enough down to cover bringing the mortgage current and the LO payment will cover the mortgage payment along with producing a positive cash flow.

    Not sure what this is all about, but great.

    Be sure before jumping into to this to check with your state laws on LO as many place limits on what you can do, what you can charge and so on.

    I find my leads locally from the foreclosure filings at the courthouse, unfortunatly I am 4 hours away from Minneapolis. I was just wondering if there was anyone on the boards in Minneapolis that is sub-2ing and looking for a LO tenant because I have someone who would be very interested.

    That is what I assumed that now leads me to remind you about posting and forum rules. This is considered solicitation and can cause you some possible problems on this forum.

    I would suggest that you net work with a few realtors, other investors by going to a few foreclosure sales and possibly attending a few investor club meetings in the Minneapolis area.

    It may be a few hours drive but networking will make it worth while.

    One of my best markets this year has been in Nashville Tennessee and I travel the 8 hour drive several times a month to network and due deals.
