Michigan Redemption Question
I wondered if anyone has experience with getting a SFH declared "abandoned" to reduce the redemtion to 30 days.
I have read the law and it seems straightforward but I wondered if it was easy in practice.

Prior to the mention of this bill on TCI, has anyone heard if there is general support for the bill, will it be modified, would a lobbying campaign of small business / mom & pop land lord / real estate investors help?

Has anyone found an "executive summary" of the law?
