Massachusetts Lis Pendes
Does anyone know the legal notice newspaper in Massachusetts that publishes the Lis Pendes or the Notice of Defaults? It seems very hard to find this info here as I've been to the courthouse, etc. and it wasn't very helpful. If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated.

try banker and tradesmen. it is available at the business library downtown in boston and at most public libraries. it's also subscribable online.
Yes, I have heard of that. But somehow in the mess of all the technology available the thought of just going to the library slipped my mind. Thanks, I'll give it a shot.
