Massachusetts Foreclosures
Hey guys
Went all over today, the the county court houses to try and obtain a list of properties that has recently been foreclosed on, or is in the pre-foreclosure state. Apparetnly, because Mass. is a non-judicial state, they don't have a list like this. Does anyone from mass know how to go about getting this list?
No, I don't. But I am interested in anything you might be able to find in Barnstable County (East, West, and North Falmouth, Tea Ticket, and Woods Hole) preferably a townhouse.
purchase "bankers and tradesman" by warren publishing. They list NOD, Foreclosure Sales and REO's.
When I lived in MASS that was my real estate bible. It also showed who bought what and for how much. Everything that gets recorded at the courthouse wether it was a Bankruptcy, Tax Lien or a New Corporation forming.
It is published on a weekly basis and covers all the counties in MASS. Check it out on the Net by looking up either of the names I mentioned above. If you can't find it I may have the number around....
