March 15, 2005 Last Day To Get It Back
The property is worth $76000. 1st morgage is $32000 to get the property back 2 nd morgage is $26000 still in place 3rd morgage is $2600 to get the property back . tThe seller is my dad, I have good credit and want to get the property back . The lender got the property at the sheriff sale. All your help is needed from any willing. I have all the paper work to the house and can answer any (?'s) :-?

My credit mid score is 600 .
The last for redeeming the property is March 15 th 05.
The $34600 is the 1st and 3rd liens on the property ($32000 + 2600 )

I am pre approved by a hard money lender
Also by a non hard money lender
But I dont have the down payment the non hard money lender needs me to have. I was join to use a gift of equity as the down payment but the house went to sheriff sale
