    no problem.

A lot of people think it is a get rich quick type thing. well, it definatly can be, but its not easy. Infact, this is hard work and the money is well deserved.

    Take care,

The majority of my transactions have to do with pre foreclosures so what are you wanting to learn about the business.

Doctors and lawyers make good investors.

Going to foreclosure sales is another place to locate investors

Researching recently recorded deeds and finding the same person who purchased several properties can make a good investor

If you posted personal contact info, this is a no-no.

    butterflyv,

Can you give us a little more info? Perhaps a physical description of a typical property (# bedrooms, sq. ft., when built) and some investment info (Fair Market Value, REO asking price, local rents, taxes).

    Thank you in advance,

    Ed
