Loss Mitigation..is This The Right Place
:-D hello everyone
I am a realtor in philadelphia i am looking to get more involved into the foreclosure business. i see that there are alot of investors on this board but my question is for those that do loss mitigation consulting or foreclosure consulting. i am very versed in HUDS new mitigation policy and was just wondering if anyone does consulting and how is it working for you and is there a true market share in that side of the business. i feel that i can not only make money but help others also.
