Los Angeles County Preforeclosure Listing Resorce Question
Has anybody subscibed to companies like "County Record Research" or "C&M listing services, that offer you a day by day new preforeclosure listings for flat 150 to 170 dollar fee? If so, is the service worth the money.

i've used crr for several months.
after having looked at several retran listings, however, i've noticed their services seems more thorough, complete, and error-free than crr
of course, crr has some decent viewing software that i believe retran doesn't
i will be switching to retran shortly
(i have no personal or business interest in either of these companies)
