Looking To Buy
Hello to all of you at TCI,
I am typing this because real estate investing is what I want to do, it’s my dream, it’s my obsession and I hope that you and I can make us all very happy if not very rich. I am looking for direction and some general info that can help guide me in the right direction. Any one of you reading this, if you remember when you started out how difficult it was getting the help and guidance you needed to become successful then you should feel compelled to say something here today. I’m not the greedy type and I’m willing to go 50-50 on any deal we do.
I am asking for links to articles, books and titles, advertisements that work, and any tips you can give.
I would like to partner with another investor or even a couple of investors who are serious and hungry to become successful. If this is you then please contact me.
Also any of you guys that may have properties you want to flip “for lack of a better word” as long as the numbers are good I would like to become your buyer. Even those of you who don’t take properties due to them not holding enough money in them for profit, I’ll take those that are reasonable, and split some of the profit with you for the lead.
