are you based in camarillo? I'm from Oxnard. There is a great market in Oxnard right now. Get a new house, hold it for several years to build equity, and then sell it a couple years later. You will make money. Everybody and their mother is moving to oxnard. i'd be your mentor but i live in arkansas. this is a very profitable area to invest in...

The first thing I would like to know is how to write an effective introductory letter that could be send to owners who have received a notice of default? Maybe do you have any samples that I could use? Thank you. Luc
I live in Santa Barbara and have been a real estate broker for 30 years. Foreclosure business is a tuff one. Time consuming and full time. I currently by tax deeds from tax defaulted properties.
